A fabulous quirky medium weight cotton barkcloth from the 1950s.
This textile features an abstract novelty pattern sporting crazy atomic birds with wild red and pink head gear and a rainbow of colorful plumage that is not soon forgotten.
This guy can be seen hanging out with pink, blue and yellow flowers that look like they were brought straight to you from Whoville in a Dr Seuss book.
A stark white ground pulls the whole design together while the nubby texture of the fabric itself adds interest.
A great addition to a kids room, or any space in need of a little light hearted whimsy.
Excellent Used Vintage Condition
This fabric started life as a drapery that has been carefully deconstructed, freshly laundered, and pressed.
