A Mod heavy weight cotton barkcloth with a wacky stylized tulip pattern, brought to you straight from the 1960s.
This fabric features a light blue/gray background with a wild and crazy giant tulip motif sporting rusty coral and white, and slate and cloud gray blooms, with olive green and cherry red leaves. Adding even more interest, is the waffle weave of the textile.
A whimsical design that even Peter Max would be proud to call his own.
Think of this fab textile as the conversation piece that every design project needs.
Great in any Retro, MCM, or 21st Century Contemporary plan.
Very Good Used Vintage Condition
This fabric started life as a drapery that has been carefully deconstructed, freshly laundered, and pressed.
No Dry Rot or Sun Damage
There are faint fold lines from the side hems 1.5" in from both selvage edges, from this fabrics past life as a drapery, (see last photo).
