This textile features a lovely retro color block design in chocolate, mocha, and ocean blue, with seashells mounted in ornate gold frames.
Ferns and foliage of metallic gold are intermingled within the pattern, and appear to stand sentinel to give the fabric an organic quality., while a backdrop of creamy white pulls it all together.

It's hard to get how lovely this fabric is from a photo. The texture of the cotton is scrumptious; soft, with a slight sheen that is elegant and inviting. The colors are in such harmony and so unique. The background color was not quite the right tone for my space but I highly recommend this fabric AND this seller. She is great!!!!

I had to do a lot of research to figure out this one! 1)As you’ll see from pix, fabric is beautiful.Arrived early & vendor could not have been sweeter or more patient. 2) Shortly after I received, I had surgery, broke several vertebrae & am still not healed. Thus wrinkled fabric. 3) Thus, unanswered questions that I just spent an hour researching, that if I just asked the vendor, she would have told me. There are two types of bark cloth & I expected the nubbly kind. This is Waverly Bonded Fabric barkcloth launched in 1923& according to Wikipedia sometimes called “rhino cloth-because of it’s rough texture”.To me, it’s not rough; it’s almost too smooth. I was expecting the nubby, bumpy kind. But I don’t think the bookcase back it’s covering will mind. It’s genuine barkcloth-beautiful Waverly bark cloth!
